Dear Customers,

It was a slow week, we continued to collect firewood for next year and are looking to begin deliveries again.

The chickens have started to lay less eggs now that it is getting colder and the nights are longer.

Fun Fact: If you live north of 54 degrees (including Ireland, England and Alaska) the nights are noticeably darker in winter than summer. This is because the sun goes much further below the horizon during the winter than during the summer, which means that in the summer "night" there is still light in the sky.

Thanks,

Harry and Lauren Hawkes
